- The size of your home
More total square footage increases level of effort for vacuuming and other floor cleaning. The total size of the home also factors into how much dusting and surfaces we will clean. - The extent of cleaning.
The extent of required cleaning can depend on how many bathrooms there are, how elaborate the kitchen is, how much furniture there is, etc. Also, the extent of cleaning can be affected by pets or other factors that drive the "depth" of needed cleaning as opposed to "how much" there is to clean. We do not mean to imply that having pets is "automatically more expensive" - We assess each home individually. - Travel Time
Domestic Innovations strives to serve the largest area we can while providing timleiness in our service schedule. In some cases, we must charge a small additional fee for traveling greater distances to some homes. Travel distance affects our mileage costs, and has the potential to impact our schedule. If we believe that there may be a distance aspect in our service quote to you, we will discuss it with you immediately and work that out.
